Building Research Capacity, was initiated by Cardiff RCBN to stimulate debate and analysis about the issues involved in capacity building. This journal continues under the leadership of Chris Taylor with a particular emphasis on strategies for research capacity building. Contributions to and ideas for the journal are welcome.
