Aims of this resource
The Teacher Education Bibliography was developed with the intention of assisting research students and early career researchers working in the field of teacher education.
The content and use of the resource
The bibliography contains details of 446 peer reviewed journal articles published between 2000 and 2008 in UK based journals. Full references are given, including the abstracts and keywords. Where available, links are provided to the electronic version of the journals, so the full article can easily be downloaded, when working from a site that subscribes to the journal concerned.
The online version of the bibliography may be searched using filters, by author, date or journal. Furthermore, all items have been coded in relation to seventeen methodological categories and eight key themes in teacher education research. A free text search is also provided.
A PowerPoint presentation introducing the bibliography can be downloaded here
