To maximise effectiveness, there is a lot to coordinate at the
end of a project or other research activity. To manage this as effectively
as possible, a major strategic meeting will be organised to review
plans and maximise coordination and mutual assistance.
This is expected to involve senior Project Directors, appropriate
members of TLRP Directors' Team, the Programme Office Manager co-ordinating
Output activities (Sarah Douglas), and the TLRP Media Fellow (Martin
Ince).
The Outputs Summit Meeting should take place approximately 12 months
before the end of each project or other research activity.
