Introduction
Meta-tagging of academic outputs generated within TLRP is being
attempted for two main reasons.
First, TLRP seeks to 'add value' to the portfolio of projects and
other investments by attempting to identify and analyse issues which
arise in common across the Programme. One way of beginning such
work, is to 'tag' key elements as a preliminary to analysis.
Second, TLRP wishes to make the findings
of projects and other investments as easily accessible as possible.
Meta-tagging offers the prospect of being able to provide website
users with specifically tailored information in relation to their
interests.
