Commentaries are among TLRP's most influential and widely distributed outputs, being accessible, full-colour documents drawing evidence from a number of TLRP investments to comment on a particular topic. There were a total of 15 as of December 2009 and they can all be downloaded free from this site.
Research briefings are concise four page summaries of findings. These are the best introductions to the work of individual investments. 70 were available by December 2009 and they can all be downloaded for free from this site.
Two separate series of books were produced, namely Improving Learning and Improving Practice. These provided accessible accounts of the research of one or more project.
