These seminars are one of a series funded by a part of the ESRC Teaching and Learning Research Programme.
The seminars aim to explore the relationship between curriculum, domain knowledge and pedagogy. Through this process the series will:-
Explore the implications of these issues for current understanding of pedagogic effectiveness.
Consider these uses in respect of the linkage to TLRP's existing range of studies.
Examine the ways in which any new analysis of the significance of domain knowledge may impact on policy and practice in respect of the preservice education and training and continuing professional development of teachers.
